Kompanija posluje kroz kancelarije u Beogradu i Madridu, a u narednom periodu planira dalje širenje i nova ulaganja u razvoj proizvoda i talenata.

A Serbian Success on the Global Tech Stage: Softech is the Only Serbian Company Among Top 500 in EMEA

Softech Solutions has earned a place on the prestigious Deloitte 2024 EMEA Technology Fast 500 list, ranking 121st thanks to an impressive revenue growth of 1,340%. The annual ranking recognizes the 500 fastest-growing tech companies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

With this achievement, Softech becomes the only company from Serbia to be featured on this year’s list, joining high-growth tech businesses from countries such as the United Kingdom, Finland, the Netherlands, and Sweden. This milestone comes just months after the company ranked 18th on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe 2024 list, further highlighting its growing role in the regional tech ecosystem.

“Being part of the Fast 500 list shows we’re moving in the right direction – not just in numbers, but in how we build our culture, team, and technology,” said Ognjen Lukić, CEO of Softech. “This recognition is the result of strategic focus and the deep commitment of our entire team.”

Softech develops advanced B2B SaaS solutions for clients across more than 12 European countries, with a focus on sales process automation and data as a growth driver. The company operates through offices in Belgrade and Madrid, with plans for continued expansion and increased investment in product development and talent.

In 2025, Softech is also a participant of the Katapult Accelerator, a program supporting startups with strong market potential. Katapult is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation, the Innovation Fund, the European Union in Serbia and the World Bank.

The Deloitte EMEA Technology Fast 500 ranks companies based on their percentage revenue growth over the last four years. This year’s list features companies from 35 countries, including both market leaders and emerging startups in sectors such as software, fintech, environmental technologies and healthcare. The program highlights those companies that are not just keeping up with change, but leading it.

Softech’s inclusion on this list emphasizes the potential of Serbia’s IT sector and the ability of local companies to build globally relevant and competitive software products. It marks a milestone not only for Softech, but for the broader tech landscape in Serbia.
